With such a good Yuletide experience in the air I also received another CD in the mail. This time from Matt Molnar who is the quintessential quirky bird who approaches life in a simple manner. His passions include his lovely wife, inexpensive road trips, good eats, lazy fishing trips, and libraries. With an independent mindset, he will continue to produce one-of-a-kind records at a reasonable price to listeners until which time he needs eight men to hold his handles. We will be adding this CD to our mix for 2008.

This year I received an early gift in the mail from Ken Elkinson. Ken is a talented Pianist who has published 6 CD’s since 1997. This year he has put on a compilation of Christmas Music which we will be adding to our mix.

Step one will be to determine the charity that proceeds from the Radio will be donated to.
Step two will be to push out what is playing on Twitter and various other social networks to build up the number of listeners again.
Step three will be to find advertisers and sponsors who wish to run a contest.

As the station slowly winds down on the way to New Years day we just wanted to let everyone know we reached a new high for number of listeners this year at 120,000+ unique listeners between December 1 and December 25. Traffic slows down dramatically today so that number should not be to much higher.
We hope everyone had a great Christmas Day. Today is Boxing Day here in Canada so if your looking to save money on wrapping paper or high ticket electronic equipment then you need to get going.
