One way I want to promote XmasRadio.ca this year is to use a bit of the viral nature of Facebook Applications. Development of the application has started and will be the first of it’s kind on Facebook.

Users will be able to add the application to their profile and invite others to add it to their profile. The application will show what is currently playing and the basic stats of XmasRadio.ca.

Once the script is done we will most likely make it open source and allow other radio stations to modify the code to have their sites show up in Facebook profiles.
